Finding the WSDLs for adCenter API version 5.1

We received some feedback in the forums last week that the WSDLs for the adCenter API version 5.1 were not easily discoverable.

I wanted to post some pointers to help make sure developers can find the information needed. Remember: The deadline for upgrading to adCenter API Version 5.1 is August 14.

  in building an app around this, it would also be easier if all of the WSDL's were the .asmx type so that I can see the function list more easily (the campaign service and reporting service do no expose the same interface).
