Check out the Microsoft ISV Buddy Program

Microsoft is trying something a little different - the option for an ISV to ask for a buddy to be assigned from Microsoft to help you get timely answers to your questions and requests. It is a little like a dating service - you specify what your ideal buddy would be (Sales, R&D, Evangelist etc), what technologies are of interest and then Microsoft does its best to find you the right person.
