Potential Fix for SSMS-E (SQL Server Management Studio - Express Edition) Problems

Steve Twitchell has posted a new download for SSMS-E that should fix the install problem related to other AppIDs, specifically BOL.

  Does anyone know if it is possible to install Notification Services on top of SQL Express 2000 Eval or MSDE?
