I've been asked by different folks what exactly are we doing for the upcoming
Security event in February/March.
This year, we're approaching the format a little differently from previously
and we are doing a number of things:
- One Day Paid-For Seminar
- Evening-based communirty focused Interchange
- Webcasts, Chats, Newsgroups, Blogs and other online
eForum goodness
We see this as an evolution of how we do events, so you go away with even
more knowledge and insights, and continue to exchange ideas beyond a single day
event. It's a way of continuing the conversation with Microsoft and amongst
other members of the community. Also, we want this to be the way moving forward
for future activities, a consistent way to get information from Microsoft.
Yes, it's risky to try new things, but based on what YOU have told us, we
have to make some changes to the way we do things.
