Came across this really thorough and interesting article on form design and development via Jeff Schoolcraft, and thought it was worth sharing.
As the article notes several times, how you design your forms can have a direct impact on how much (or how little) people use them. Definitely something I’m going to be thinking carefully about as I add features to Community Megaphone. A good read.
