And no, it's not about getting dates. I am going to take some of Paul's recommendations. I'll have a little bit of a hard time with #2 trading off between facebook and blogging (cheater!). Just did #4. Really want to focus on #3. And also, throwing more sheep at people.

Ditto for me Heather. I just wrote a bunch of posts on Facebook Recruiting tips. I think every company needs a social network recruiting strategy. I'd even say they should start hiring Facebook Recruiters just to use that site. -ChrisAnonymous
