I think this is a good visual. There appears to be some confusion for some folks on the fact that the MCITP:Enterprise Administrator cert does not appear in your upgrade list on the site or on this document. I then realized that this certification was granted an MCSA on server 2008 so you follow that path to upgrade. But I thought I would mention this, since some folks have overlooked this fact online.
