We have just kicked off the formal launch of Unified Communications:

4. We've done our internal deployment - I now have all my messages (email, voice, fax) in my inbox, I can genuinely use the phone as part of my IT productivity suite, it's all integrated into Outlook and Communicator (plus numerous other applications) - where I want it. It is changing the way I work !
