Ciao,
I'm trying to learn, study ... about eXtreme Project Management. My goal is to apply well known principles of eXtreme Programming to Management.
Unfortunately, in books and articles, the term 'eXtreme' is always coupled with the term Project and not with the term Management. In this way XPM seems to deal with Projects with eXtreme request of quality, or eXtreme (small) number of resource, or eXtreme small amount of time ....
I'd prefer to move the focus on HOW to handle management problems (eXtreme Management) no metter the context or the constraints.
Ideas? Any interest?
Ciao,
PierG

You can always try an approach tailored towards thr root of PM, Business Case and Deliverables.
Suggest you check out Project ToolSet (and PTSLite) and the structured way this attacks PM.Anonymous
