Insurance Forms Reference Implementation for Microsoft Office 2003

Contained in this reference implementation are customizable samples of mortgage and insurance application forms that can be used by brokers and agents to capture application information. In addition, the reference implementation illustrates how to automate the process of integrating the captured application information with carrier systems. It also demonstrates how to integrate visual workflow cues from insurance policy and rating systems using the Microsoft Office InfoPath™ task pane.
