If for what ever reason you want to get Internet Explorer on a CD then you can now order one via https://www.microsoft.com/uk/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx#ordercd
Simply select you country or region and press the GO button, then choose the amount and language of the CD, fill in your details including Credit card details on the following screens
You can order up to 3 CDs and the current cost for UK customers is £3.44 (not including VAT, but including shipping and handling)
It should take between 4-8 business days to get to you
