C++/CLI Books

In the comments to my previous post, Kris mentions:

I remember reading somewhere that there will be a book by Stanley Lippman on the same...

I think Kris is referring to this book, which, based on the Amazon page, looks like it's been cancelled (most books that are in-process don't say "out of print").

I did notice, when doing the Amazon search, that there's another C++/CLI book that I didn't know about.  I also am aware of another book that one of our UE folks is working on but I don't know the current ETA for that one or if its existence is public knowledge yet.

Any other C++/CLI books that folks know about?
