SharePoint Content Deployment Wizard

During my talk today on SharePoint for Developers, the most common question was 'how do I move items from one environment to anther one (i.e. dev to production, etc...)?'.  It looks like this tool (which I have not yet tested), might just do the trick.

I'd be interested to know your thoughts on how well this works.

Also, Chris has written a couple of entries on the concept of features in SharePoint.  He's also written about 'ghosting', which was another question asked today.
