Don’t expect screaming crowds every day but wow, that video wall looks amazing. A second video shows Kevin Turner opening the first Microsoft Store and some stills of how it looks.

Seriously look: http://www.breakitdownblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_2970.JPG Where does Apple find it's retail people? Where does Microsoft find it's retail people? You can remove my comments....but geeks...or people that look like geeks aren't supposed to be face of retail. Look at best buy....best Buy has attractive people on the sales floor who entice customers....they may not know anything but they make people want to buy. Then they have Geek squad and they keep those geeks away from the customer until AFTER they've already bought the computer/TV....and let's be realistic the Geek squad guys know what a IRQ is...or how to hook up your HDMI. Apple, Best buy, etc....get this retail strategy....Microsoft apparently not.Anonymous

Don so I assume you have been in to a Microsoft Store and asked some questions that validate your summary? Steve
