As I moved from Spam Analyst to Program Manager, I have gone from project-implementer to project-driver. In the cartoon below, I think I now identify with the person on the left.

Heh. I think maybe that's why I was never a really effective Program Manager when I worked there. My hair has the potential to become extremely pointy, though. Sigh.
