In this article we will see how to develop a Universal App with Windows Phone App Studio.
But what do we mean when we speak of Universal App?

With Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 Update, things are changing ,Before the arrival of universal apps, developing app for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.x Store are both treated as two app development project. Universal Windows apps give facility to write same app for Windows 8.1 Store and Windows Phone 8.1 with little code changes
