Compares two OracleBinary structures to determine if the first is less than the second.

OracleBoolean

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleBinary is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleBinary.LessThan(OracleBinary, OracleBinary)
