Gets or sets a value that indicates whether tracking is enabled.

if tracking is enabled; otherwise, false
. The default is false
.
Remarks
The tracker is a reporting mechanism used by monitoring applications to watch running COM+ components. It is the reporting mechanism behind the spinning component icons in the Component Services administrative tool.
