When overridden in a derived class, gets the sequence number of the previous record.

The sequence number of the previous record.
Remarks
The value of this property is the sequence number that was provided as the previousUndoRecord
parameter in the Append method. Aside from its use in enumeration, this sequence number is treated as opaque by the record sequence.
