Gets the location, in codebase format, of the loaded file that contains the manifest if it is not shadow-copied.

The location of the loaded file that contains the manifest. If the loaded file has been shadow-copied, the Location is that of the file before being shadow-copied.
Exceptions
This method is not currently supported.
