Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the RemoveEventHandler(Object, Delegate) method.

Parameters
- target
- Object
The event source.
- handler
- Delegate
The delegate to be disassociated from the events raised by target.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code and should not be called from managed code.
The RemoveEventHandler method removes an event handler from an event source.
