Gets the associated ChannelDispatcher object, which can be used to inspect or modify other channel-related values and behaviors.

Remarks
The ChannelDispatcher object receives a message from a channel and uses the AddressFilter, ContractFilter, and FilterPriority properties to determine by which endpoint the message is processed.
