Returns a value that indicates whether two Span<T> objects are not equal.

- left

The first span to compare.
- right
- Span<T>
The second span to compare.
Returns
true
if the two Span<T> objects are not equal; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
Two Span<T> objects are not equal if they have different lengths or if the corresponding elements of left
and right
do not point to the same memory.
