Rune.IsUpper(Rune) Method

Returns a value that indicates whether the specified rune is categorized as an uppercase letter.

The rune to evaluate.
true if value is an uppercase letter; otherwise,false.
This method is equivalent to querying GetUnicodeCategory(Rune) and comparing the result against UppercaseLetter.
