Gets or sets a title for the ToolTip window.

A String containing the window title.
Remarks
The title is displayed within the window as a line of bold text above the standard text of a ToolTip control description. Typically, titles are only used either to differentiate different categories of controls on a form or as an introduction to a fairly long control description.
The maximum length of a title is 99 characters. If this property contains a string longer then 99 characters, no title will be displayed.
