Checks whether an active invoice occurs in the VendInvoiceInfoTable table

• _purchId
  Type: PurchId Extended Data Type
  The purchase ID of the invoice.

• _tableRefId
  Type: TradeLineRefId Extended Data Type
  The table reference ID of the invoice.

• _excludeParmId
  Type: ParmId Extended Data Type
  The parameter ID that should be excluded when you inspect for active invoices; optional.

• _connectedToSavedInvoice
  Type: boolean
  true if only active lines for existing saved invoices need to be looked at; otherwise, false.

Return Value

Type: boolean
true if an active invoice exists; otherwise, false.
