Indicates whether the destination pallet of the transport can be changed.

true if the destination pallet of the transport can be changed; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Only refills can have the To pallet changed.
If the To pallet can be changed, other dimensions such as batch and serial numbers may also be changed.
