PdsBatchAttrib.checkAttribRangeChange Method
Checks the new range against the range in existing references.
Syntax
public boolean checkAttribRangeChange()

Return Value
Type: boolean
true if the range has not been changed or the change is acceptable; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The change in range is acceptable at this time. Only a warning will be issued if the range is narrowed when references exist.
