Determines whether a country or region is reporting.

  Type: ItemId Extended Data Type
  The ID of the item to check.

• _countryId
  Type: AddressCountryRegionId Extended Data Type
  The ID of the country or region to check.

• _stateId
  Type: LogisticsAddressStateId Extended Data Type
  The ID of the state to check.

Return Value

Type: NoYesId Extended Data Type
A NoYes enumeration value that indicates whether the combination of country or region and item is reporting.
