InventPosting::accountItemSiteWithBackupLedgerDim_CN Method

Uses the information of account, item, and site to find the matched ledger dimension with specified InventAccountType and backup InventAccountType*.If no ledger dimension mathch with InventAccountType, then search with the backup InventAccountType*.
