Important
Windows 365 for Agents is in public preview. The feature is under active development and might change before general availability.
You can manage and monitor your Cloud PCs by using the Microsoft Intune admin center.
View Cloud PCs for Agents
Cloud PCs created from provisioning policies (agents)
In the Microsoft Intune admin center, go to Devices > All devices.
Cloud PCs for Agents appear in the device list with the following characteristics:
- A device name prefix of
CPCA- - A device model of Cloud PC for Agents
The device enrollment profile name matches the provisioning policy name.
Known issue: In Devices > All devices, the default device view doesn't display detailed information for Cloud PCs for Agents. To view device details, turn on Preview new device view.
Cloud PCs with other Microsoft AI initiatives
For supported agent solution partners, such as Microsoft Copilot with computer use, Project Opal, and Researcher with computer use, Cloud PC setup is handled within their portals, and you can see the corresponding provisioning policies in Devices > Provision Cloud PCs > Provisioning policies. Note that these provisioning policies are read-only.
You can see the Cloud PCs in Devices > All Cloud PCs. The Cloud PC size includes the name of the agent solution partner.
Assign apps and policies
You can target Intune apps and policies to Cloud PCs for Agents by using the device name prefix, device model, or enrollment profile in device groups or filters.
Monitor available sessions
To view session usage for a provisioning policy (agents), go to Devices > Provision Cloud PCs > Provisioning policies (Agents), and then select a policy.
- Active sessions shows the number of Cloud PCs currently checked out by agents.
- Available sessions shows the number of Cloud PCs that agents can still check out.
The total of active and available sessions equals the provisioning policy's Always available Cloud PCs count.
