Why is the "TextInputManagementService" service required for the user to be able to log in to Windows 11?

I think it's unfair that they did this. the keyboard has nothing to do with login. This already smells like espionage to me or possibly it is for the system to send diagnostic information to Microsoft in a required and priority manner.

there was no need to make a service like this a system priority, it's complete nonsense.
It seems that it is not enough for them to have added the "CoreMessagingRegistrar" service as a system priority.

Surely when they release windows 12 there will be more useless services that become priority of the system, and that are only there to spend unnecessary resources.

Hello, I think you did not understand, so I will explain it again.

disabling the TextInputManagementService service causes login to stop working.

The description of the service says the following:

"Enable text input, expressive input, touch keyboard, handwriting, and IMEs."

As you can see, at no time does it say that this service is a system priority.

It doesn't make any sense that this service is related to login when in its description it talks about the keyboard.

Hello Daniel. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

I had two users today who couldn't sign in due to keyboard not working. They probably wish it had more startup priority.

Where exactly are you seeing this priority? You can always edit startups and task priority in Task Manager > Startup tab and Task Manager process priority settings explained here:

    https://www.wikihow.com/Change-Process-Prioriti...

If this is not exactly what you need, please explain a bit more so I can help you better. Otherwise feel free to ask back questions and keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until this is resolved.
