Enlaces compartidos en chat de microsoft teams no funcionan

Tengo un problema en Microsoft Teams...

Tengo creado un bot en Teams, creado con Copilot Studio, me funciona todo bien, pero cuando me carga un enlace, por ejemplo:

https://mi-instancia.com/nav_to.do?uri=consulta.do?sysparm_query=number=INC0124259 en vez de abrirme el enlace como se muestra, le agrega al final valores que no corresponden. Por ejemplo:

intente tambien colocando "/" al final del enlace original, ejemplo:

pero el error es el mismo me agrega valores adicionales nuevamente, ejemplo:

Me podrian indicar porque me agrega esto (%E2%80%8A) y como puedo eviatr que lo haga para que me funcionen los enlaces?
