Can Microsoft Authenticator be forced to be installed in specific device, or a limited amount of times at the same time?

Can Microsoft Authenticator be forced to be installed in specific device, or a limited ammount of times? In other MFA solutions, you can set a maximum ammount of times that user can install the solution (i.e system prohibits a new Authenticator installation, because that user already as a current instalation in place). This avoid an scenario when an adversary tries to install the MFA solution in a second device for persistant reasons (i.e. adversary managed to deceive the user to aprove login once, in order to configure MFA solution of their own, so they can aprove following MFA requests). Could be this possible?
