Azure Analysis service - All the data in tabular model disapear. Why?

After 2 years using AAS to load data and using PowerBI for exploration/visualization, all the data loaded into the tables was deleted. We use runbook to load the data, executing a refresh partition to load only the data of the current quarter and not refreshing previous quarter loaded. We could find a log that help us to understand what was is the root of the problem to avoid it happend again. near to end of month we change the capacity from S1 to S2 and the weekend after the end of month with change the capacity to S1. In the last weeks we didn't change noting. Only load data using runbook as always but yesterday in the morning not data was available in table without partition of in tables with multiple partitions.

Do you have an idea of why it happened?
