Windows 10 64 Dism no se ejecuta y marca error

Question

Al tratar de ejecutar DISM usando imagen de Windows10 montada en el mismo equipo a reparar, marca el siguiente error: DISM could not be initialized in the local folder

El comando utilizado es el siguiente:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /Source:E:\Sources\Install.wim /limitaccess

Error:

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

Version: 10.0.19041.3636

Error: 126

An error occurred. DISM could not be initialized in the local folder.

Ensure that DISM is installed correctly and that all of the binaries are present.

1. It is recommended that you disable all antivirus/security programs or temporarily uninstall them and then repeat the DISM scan to see if it works.
2. Confirm that your operating system has all the latest updates installed. Sometimes, DISM issues can be caused by known system vulnerabilities that may have been fixed in subsequent updates. Check for and install all available updates via Windows Update.
3. The correct way to run DISM at the same time is to run Command Prompt as administrator and enter the DISM command.
