spoolvs.exe or malware?

I observed spoolvs.exe process sending data to non servrer CPU's on the LAN with MS Reliability & Performance Monitor. There are no pending print jobs nor are there any ntwrk printers on accesed PC's.
Is this normal? I look for PC's being accesed recurrently (ie wamaya-pc) and can't find them on Windows Explorer.
Windows Vista SP2 is fully updated, all manitenance tools have been run including registry clean up.
