Certain mails from specific senders are filtered and blocked by my outlook account. They don't even appear in the junk folder, they just don't arrive to my account, no matter what I do. I've added rules to send them to the inbox, I've added those addresses to safe senders list... still doesn't work.

Explain that legitimate emails are not reaching your mailbox, even though you’ve taken steps like adding to the Safe Senders list.
