Outlook keeps blocking certain mails

Certain mails from specific senders are filtered and blocked by my outlook account. They don't even appear in the junk folder, they just don't arrive to my account, no matter what I do. I've added rules to send them to the inbox, I've added those addresses to safe senders list... still doesn't work.

    To contact Microsoft support directly regarding blocked or missing emails:

    1. Go to support.microsoft.com
    2. Sign in with your Outlook account.
    3. Scroll down and click “Contact Support” (it may show as “Get help” or a virtual agent at first).
    4. Choose Outlook.com > Emails are missing > then select Contact a support agent when the option appears.

    Explain that legitimate emails are not reaching your mailbox, even though you’ve taken steps like adding to the Safe Senders list. Mention that the senders have working SPF/DKIM/DMARC and that you suspect silent filtering. This should help escalate your concern to someone who can look deeper into Microsoft’s backend filtering.
