Cannot access my Microsoft account: attacker enabled fraudulent 2FA

Hello, I need urgent help.

I am the legitimate owner of the account (gonzalomosco*****@gmail.com). I already completed and passed the account recovery form, but I still cannot access my account because an attacker enabled two-step verification with an authenticator app that does not belong to me.

The fraudulent email linked to my account is: (donnanewton2014@******.ru)

My legitimate email is: (gonzalomosco*****@gmail.com).

The account is even marked for closure on 15/11/2025.

I need the fraudulent 2FA authentication to be removed and my access restored, as I have proof that the account is still active on a trusted device
