Solucionar error con el bluethoth

hola buenas, ayer estaba escuchando musica en mis cascos con bluethoth y derrepente se me desconectaron sin motivo ninguno y ahora no me aparece en las opciones rápidas de abajo a la derecha la opción de activar o desactivar bluethoth y cuando entro a configuracion y voy a bluethoth y dispositivos no me aparecen mis dispositivos y no me deja conectar ninguno
