Public ChatGPT interface gets 502 code when access to my website

Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue with my website:
When I make requests through the public ChatGPT interface and it tries to access my site, it consistently receives a 502 error. The website is protected by a WAF (Azure Front Door), which is currently in Detection mode, so it shouldn't be blocking the requests.
What’s most concerning is that no access attempts from the OpenAI user agent are being logged in the Front Door access logs — as if the requests never reached the WAF or Front Door at all.
Has anyone encountered this situation before or has any idea what might be happening?
