Cuenta bloqueada

Question

Como puedo desbloquear mi cuenta si cuando inicio sesion me dice que esta bloqueada y cuando voy a recuperacion de cuenta me dice que esta bloqueada , y no puedo acceder de ninguna manera y no e hecho nada malo como violar alguna regla de microsoft y me urge poder meterme a mi cuenta
