Avalon 3D Video Segment

Kerry Hammil, a program manager with the Avalon team, discusses the goals and features of 3D support in Avalon and walks through writing your first Avalon 3D application in this 30 minute video segment (56K, 150K or 300K).  You will want to be sure to stay until the end for the look at future Avalon 3D features and the 3D demos that Nathan Dunlap and others members of our demo team have put together.

    Kerry mekes it clear that Avalon3D is 3D in a 2D space. The rest of the material looks somewhat like VRML1++. Will this evolve into a true real time 3D animation system with 2D support?
