Windows Vista User Account Control (UAC) reminder

While we no longer require that UAC be turned on when running Live Mesh on Vista SP1, if you initially installed Live Mesh with UAC turned on, and then turned it off, you might have some issues upgrading. Please see “NOTICE: Updating Live Mesh and User Account Control (UAC)” in the Known Issues sticky on the Live Mesh forums for further information.

Thank you for being one of the first to use Live Mesh!

I'm still having a problem with Live Mesh and Windows 7 (build 7057). When I try to resolve conflicts, it looks like this: http://i41.tinypic.com/2eakw09.png

Mesh Desktop still shows date with bug: 3/24/109 instead of 3/24/2009 I opened a bug report weeks ago.

A WM6 client would make an update complete.. Seriously, it's the entire reason I considered a 'Windows Phone'.

I'd rather seen a bug fix for an issue where Live Mesh Remote Desktop causes a WHITE border around the mesh bar in Windows 7, when you click on a different tab (e.g. devices, members).

It is superb. How did I ever manage without it. Thanks. Wish I could tap into the Skydrive 25GB.

Great Job!   Is a 'Road Map' available for Live Mesh describing when certain features are planned for release? Live Mesh could still use a more complete syncing option for folders such that the location of a sync folder can be set on each device.  That would make Live Mesh far more useful.  That being said, I'm not complaining.  I find Live Mesh very useful now!

Also, on windows 7, snapping the windows on the side or at the top of the screen (to maximize the window, etc) with the live mesh dialog on the right, the animation flashes.

Yeeah, finally it connects to my company firewall (which has mesh.com blocked..). Does it establish a connection via https now?

The wicked Live Mesh updater while restarting my taskbar turned off my quick launch and destroyed the order of icons. Maybe, you tested it really well only Windows 7 now that it is the latest and greatest giving step-treatment to Vista and XP. I'm uninstalling it straightaway. Let me know when you know how to preserver Quicklaunch settings.

Yes!  You fixed the problem with max CPU usage during uploads.  Now the CPU usage is negligible as it should be.  Thank you!

Hi,  I remote into a desktop with two monitors.  Before the update one of the monitors was disabled and one I remoted in I only saw one screen.  Now after the update I have to manual unattach one of the screens.  Is this expected behavior?

Yeah I cannot use mesh anymore now too.  I have two monitors at home.  I used to remote into my home computer from my laptop using mesh.  Whenever I try to disable one of the monitor the remote desktop program locks up, I get a blank screen, and then when the screen comes back I have one second to click "ok" to accept the screen change.  I have tried 4 times and then I just gave up. Time to find something else now :

Mesh quickly consumes all available disk space on drive C.  It is maintaining a copy of the files it needs to sync in: C:Users[user]AppDataLocalMicrosoftLive MeshGacBaseHoldingArea I have 15 GB free on C normally but I won't be able to use Mesh since it consumes it all.

An increase in the amount of storage would be really nice. It would be cool if Skydrive, Mesh, and Workspace used the same cloud storage space. I use all three services and this would benefit me greatly!

Hi, If it is not there already, an option not to synchronize a sub folder would be very useful.
