So first off how do you get your hands on the cash:

  1. Member of Quickstart Programme
  2. Reserve the subsidy for a customer in Quickstart
  3. When sale completed request the subsidy in Quickstart
  4. We validate the sale in our internal systems
  5. Cheque is mailed in the partners name to the customer  - customer gives it to the partner
