Couldn't agree more about the value of workflow modelling. I've been influenced by activity theory more than cognitive task analysis, but both are relevant. Great presentation!

Great presso Shane! Wish i'd been there to see it. I've been struggling a lot recently trying to map out 'websites' which are essentially RIA's or a combo of both, so will definately be referring to this in future.
