Helper to get the default NFC Adapter.
Most Android devices will only have one NFC Adapter (NFC Controller).
This helper is the equivalent of:
NfcManager manager = (NfcManager) context.getSystemService(Context.NFC_SERVICE);
NfcAdapter adapter = manager.getDefaultAdapter();
