Gets the Extender category ID (CATID) for the code class. Not implemented in Visual C#.

Remarks
The CATID is typically specific to an implementation of an object. For example, Project.ExtenderCATID
for a Visual Basic project object is different from Project.ExtenderCATID
for a Visual C++ project object.
