Gets or sets a value that indicates whether selection of Chart control elements is prevented.

true if Chart control elements cannot be selected; otherwise, false.
Remarks
When this property is true, shapes cannot be added to the Chart control, and the Click and DoubleClick events for Chart control elements do not occur.
