Parameters
RegistrationAttribute.RegistrationContext. Contains the location where the registration information should be placed, and also contains information about the editor type being registered, and path information.
Remarks
This method is called both for registration and un-registration. The difference is that un-registering just uses a hive that reverses the changes applied to it.
